JavaScript Games : Checkers
This is the classic board game of Checkers. You control the RED
pieces, and the computer controls the BLUE pieces. You get to
move first.
To play:
- click on the red piece you would like to move
- the piece glows yellow
- click on the square you want to move it to
- the object is to "jump" over your opponent's pieces, which removes
them from the game
- you are allowed to "double" and "triple" jump
- if you land any of your pieces in the opponent's back row, then
these pieces become "kings"
- normal pieces may only move forward on a diagonal
- kings may move forward or backward on a diagonal
